Physical Appearance: Catya comes from Eastern Germany, the people of that area having nautrally tanned skin. Catya is no exception. She cannot however see herself due to her useless eyes that she has had since her birth. The fullness of her blindness she manages to mostly cover up as she has grown in confidence over the years. Catya thinks of her blindness as a weakness rather than a strength so she covers her sightless eyes from view with dark sunglasses. Her eyes are a pale blue and are covered in a milky film that announces her as one of the blind. Straight, jet black hair falls to her waist, layered. At 6 foot and thin, Catya dresses in jeans and baggy jerseys as she doesnt know how she looks to others, self concious though quietly deep inside.
[In reality, she also normally wears dark sunglasses to hide her milky eyes and her hair is straighter i think. Other than that its her (:]
Her dragon, also blind, helps to give Catya the strength she needs to carry on. It is the palest silver, flecked with pale blue that matches the dragons sightless eyes. The same blue is the colour of the horns at the top of her head and the ones defining her spine, trailing along her tail. Long claws are deadly as well as teeth, both white.
Personality Description: Catya, being blind, struggles with trusting people, unable to interpret their next actions or whether they are lying straight to her face, unable to tell. She gets easily frustrated at her lack of sight as people often relate to colours and shapes, things she has never seen beofre or can hope to imagine. Catya does however have a feisty side to her personality as a defence mechanisim when either scared or frightened, not hesitating to back herself up. There are times however when the confidence leaves her, taking her to a lonely place where she wishes she knew what it was like to see and be able to relate to more conversations, not being though tof as different, unusual. Catya gets angry when people think they have it hard, people with perfect lives complaining about one merely annoying fact in their lives, not thinking about how she has it, has had it, everyday.
Seriousness has taken up a permanent residence within her because of how she has lived her life, Catya not only having to survive as everyone else but doing it with a immense weakness. She will possibly ease up around people if they're lucky although she is always wary of them trying anything. Over the years she has built up self confidence and can now often, if people don’t know her, make them believe she can see perfectly well, that she is dangerous. That confidence carries through in her words.
History: Catya was born blind, a child Draconah with a considerably weakness, growing up in Eastern Germany. She always knew she was different and focused on becoming the best she could with her blindness. She trained like all young Draconahs did at her age and though it was hard and she had to learnt alternate methods, the proved herself considerably. The years afterwards, Catya took time out of her day to strengthen her senses, knowing that in the world she lived in, survival was vital. She wanted to take her life by the reins again and continue as she was always going to. She grew stronger and closer to her other side, eventually travelling to Diamode a few months back, hearing of other Draconahs in the area that she was interested in meeting.
